If a product you receive is not as described, your sole remedy is to return the item in unused condition in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Transit Time: 3–5 business days
  • Total Delivery Time: 4–7 business days
  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST)
  • Shipping Method: Standard Free Shipping
  • Shipping Region: United States only

International shipping is not available at this time.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

If an incorrect item was ordered by the customer, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

For damaged items:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

Without photo evidence, we cannot offer a refund, replacement, or store credit.
